   Room was spacious and very clean, good bed! outdoor facilities to sit and have a drink were really nice, location was ideal. We think the pictures on the website look old and the hotel looks much better than on the pictures! We had very good service from a few young people that served on the patio and in the bar.

   1.The noise at night (sometimes over 2 hours!) from people (kitchen personnel?) carrying garbage around without considering the guests.
   2. Very poor breakfast, sorry but it was by far the worst we had in our month vacation.
   Coffee was cold,(check that machine) the paperthin sliced cheese and very few rolls were not replaced when they were taken (3 for 11 people in the room is way too little!) we normally eat 2 each! ...one morning there was no cheese or ham or anything only sweets like jam and honey.
   I would highly recommend this hotel to charge for the breakfast seperately and sort that out! The lady who supervised the buffet was constanly making the tables ready (it was very clean!!!) but did not care for the buffet at all. When pointed out the lack of bread etc she was not very keen to bring anything and when she finally did it was hardly enough to feed 2 guests . I heard several guests complaining to each other about this....
   3. No price list for drinks ...we had no idea what the prices were for the drinks we ordered....strange. It was a fair price but we had no idea in advance how much the bottles would set us back!

   Hello first the wellcomming of Mr. ELIO was excellent we liked the place, the area the hotel everything was more then we expected. i will recommend not only of the beautiful hotel but i liked very much the web site of bbplanet.it i'm travelling a lot minimum once a year. i do not have any complains but satisfing. thank you again Yechiel Cimber on behalf of the 2 couples shared this impression with me.

   warm welkom;Vriendelijke bediening; ondanks we laat waren aangekomen werd er nog een lekker menu voor ons gekookt.Mooie ,ruime kamer waar we met z'n drietjes goed overnacht hebben.

   sosto a questo albergo ogni anno e tutte le volte che passo etroubles verso il san bernardo o pure il rientro in italia. mi trovo sempre molto bene.

   la camera da letto era una soffitta con finestre molto alte, senza balcone, le cose piu belle di quest 'albergo sono le vedute panoramiche delle montagne, noi purtroppo si guardava quattro mura. quando abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera il propietario ci a detto che non aveva altro e in tanto era solo una sera di sosta, forse doveva pensare a tutte le sere nell'ultimi quindici anni che la nostra famiglia a usato quest albergo.
   mi devo ricordare di non farmi dare questa camera nel futturo.
