   Das Wirte Ehepaar ist sehr liebenswürdig, hilfsbereit, gastfreundlich und unkompliziert. Sehr familiärer Betrieb. für einen Aufenthalt mit Kinder sehr geeignet, da es ländlich ist. Die Kinder hatten ihre Freude an den Tieren. Obwohl es sehr abgelegen ist erreicht man Lucca in ca 15- 20 Minuten. Wir konnten unseren Hund mitnehmen.

   Das Frühstück war sehr einfach! Aber es hat uns geschmeckt.
   Das Dorf in unmittelbarer Nähe bietet nicht sehr viel.

   it was to cold in the apartment. It is better to have a rest in this house at wormer period of year.

   The farmhouse was beautiful as was the location. The owners were friendly and helpful. they had a few farm animals which my children loved to pet. There were nice surroundings to explore.

   The storage area for our belongings was inadequate. The closet in the children's room had few hangers and could not support the weight of the clothes, even with the few hangers there were. We had to live out of our suitcases again which is inconvenient. The bathrooms are spacious and beutifully done, but again, no where to put your stuff.

   The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a genuine farmstay feel and it was what I expected. The bathroom was very good for this type of accommodation. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

   The farmstay was a little too far from Lucca, but we knew that and were not disappointed. The bedroom furniture was a little antiquated and could do with an upgrade. The bed in particular was not very comfortable as it had a headboard and a footboard which meant that I didn't fit too well and could not straighten my legs (I am 6ft 1in tall). The mattress had lost its support and we tended to roll into the middle.

Farmhouse A Casa Del Tosi is situated 15 minutes from Lucca and 20 minutes from Versilia, in the heart of the countryside where it is still possible to live in contact with nature immersed in the cultural, social and gastronomic traditions of this land.

The business, which is family run, produces honey, fruit and vegetables and extends over 12 hectares of land some of which is woodland where you can go for walks and in the autumn to collect chestnuts and porcini mushrooms.

In a recent restoration, in keeping with the antique characteristics, three apartments have been made for guests and one for the owners who have lived on the site for four generations.

The apartments at Farmhouse A Casa Del Tosi guests' disposal are:

- Il Barbagianni, where the stables and hay barn used to be, which is composed of a kitchen-living room with sofa bed and fireplace, an outdoor area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

- Il Gallo, where the farmhands used to live, It is composed of a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, outdoor space, a double bedroom with bathroom, and one triple bedroom with bathroom.

- La Filanda where, until the early 1900's silk was spun, which consists of a , kitchen, a room with sofa bed and terrace, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

The guests at A Casa Del Tosi experience a homely atmosphere and can spend their holidays in complete relaxation by the pool or walking or mountain biking, immersed in the open spaces this beautiful zone has to offer.

In the Farmhouse you can taste typical Tuscan dishes.
