   Ho gradito la struttura, la magnifica camera "con vista" su San Gimignano, la cortesia, disponibilità e professionalità dello staff (segnalo particolarmente la sig.ra Camilla), la squisita e abbondante colazione e la piscina... praticamente tutto!

   Very attractive rooms in this beautifully renovated villa, with very comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. The location is fabulous, just far enough away from San Gimignano to make you feel you were in the Tuscan countryside but close enough to make several trips in if you felt like it. The pool was very clean (but very cold) and the breakfast was of a very good standard.

   Good accomodation - our quad room was actually an apartment, which met our needs completely. Good breakfast, with ample choice and items replenished regularly. Nice atmosphere.

   Rather steep grassy path down to pool which could be a hazard if the grass was wet. Some road noise, but not very intrusive. The views from the rooms compensated for this.
