The villa is composed, on the ground floor of an open plan sitting/dining room with fireplace and doors to covered terrace, kitchen/breakfast roorn with doors to terrace

The first floor of Poggio Verde B&B consists of a double room with bathroom with shower, 1 double room and 1 room furnished with a French bed, served by a bathroom with shower.

A swimming pool (6 x 12 m - h 1,5m) is at Poggio Verde B&B guests' disposal.
