   very welcoming and comfortable ambiance. the responsible lady has a smiley face :) very nice painting decoration

   we spend two hours to find the hotel and we were in front of him, this is only because it is not written its name outside the building like the other hotels.

   The price to quality ratio was very high. The room was bright and cheerful, simply furnished and gave us a true sense of actually living in Assisi. The staff was personable and very helpful. We were only a 5 min walk from St. Francis' Basilica and about 10 min walk from Piazza del Commune. We were happy that they tried to communicate with us in English. We had a decent continental breakfast.

   The weather was unbelievably hot and while we did not expect an air conditioner at our price point, we should at least have got an electric. No wi-fi in the room where we stayed but the room was apparently new and they will probably make that service available. There needs to be an effective way of locating them.

   Tutto perfetto. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei propietari è sicuramente stato l'aspetto che di più mi è piaciuto. Il posto bellissimo e la struttura molto confortevole. grazie

   la signora è molto gentile e ci ha sistemato in una camera molto carina e curata , in camera c'era il thè con il bollitore pronto al momento dell'accoglienza .

   avevo prenotato una struttura ma me ne hanno offerta un'altra con una riduzione di 10 euro sul costo complessivo.

   il giorna di pasqua la camera non e' stata rifatta perche' si erano dimentocati di noi .

   Sicuramente la posizione! Poi la cura con cui le camere e l'intera struttura sono state arredate ti fa sentire a casa. E infine l'ottima colazione! Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

   Per noi che siamo una coppia di giovani nessuno, per degli anziani magari le scale a chiocciola molto strette potrebbero non essere consigliate. Per il resto tutto ok!

   Very good location, less than one block to the basilica and easy to walk to everything. owners very kind and picked us from train as we arrived very late at 11 pm. Comfortable accommodations, need to be able to go up circular stairway 2 floors, but rooms were spacious. I would return.

   L'accuratezza dell'arredamento finalizzato ad avvolgere l'ospite in un'atmosfera gradevole e rilassante;la cortesia nel servire la colazione ; i simpatici messaggi nell'invitare gli ospiti al rispetto dell'ambiente e le raffinate segnalazioni di ogni tipo.........(anche la caccia al tesoro per trovare la carta igienica sotto la gonna della bambola!) E' STATO TUTTO FANTASTICO : il posto ideale per sfuggire allo stress!COMPLIMENTI

   La posizione centrale, la colazione discreta. Il b&B è formato solo da due camere e quindi non è molto affollato.

   Beautifully and tastefully appointed room in a magnificent setting.

   Difficult to find, stairs hard to negotiate with baggage and the front door was very difficult to open.

   La posizione vicina alla Basilica di San Francesco e la buona garanzia di privacy della struttura. La cortesia del personale.

   I troppi cartelli ovunque, anche nel bagno, in cui i titolari ricordano cosa fare e non fare. Linguaggio simpatico, ma francamente roba da Grande Fratello (quello vero, del libro di Orwell...) che, per quanto propinato "con sorriso", un po' infastidisce e suona inopportuna: a un certo punto credevo che avrei trovato cartelli anche sotto il cuscino e dentro la tazza... Meglio in questo essere formalmente professionali e consegnare al limite un foglio con scritte tutte le disposizioni; anche per rispetto ai clienti adulti, per i quali alcune cose "da non fare" sono francamente delle ovvietà. Altra cosa poco gradita: non poter fumare "anche se affacciati alla finestra", come recitato da uno di questi pittoreschi cartelli.
