   un consiglio alla signora Selita: i materassi della Levante spaccano la schiena...forse vanno cambiati!!

   Estrema vicinanza ad Orvieto, raggiungibile a piedi. Ambiente molto ben curato e personalizzato.

   Troppe zanzare e mancanza di zanzariere alle finestre!

   A beautiful environment. The comfort of the room as well as the outdoor breakfast on the patio by the back yard and fruit trees was all very lovely.

   We were very satisfied!

   Casa Selita was by far the best of the best. We stayed in several great places in Italy but this one was fantastic! The location and distance to town, the host, the room, the grounds, the view, the breakfast. All were perfect! Selita speaks several languages and communicates well with all her guests. She is friendly and a great hostess. She gave great advice and detailed descriptions about places to eat and sites to see. The grounds and the view were beautiful! Every morning besides the basic breakfast, Selita would serve additional, traditional and home-made goodies for us to eat. Yum! I can't wait to go there again! My only disagreement with the description on the site, though not a complaint nor were we unsatisfied, is that though there may be 3 rooms with a terrace, ours did not have one. But we did have access to and were right next to a community patio.
