   Wir haben fuer die Durchreise in die Toskana ein nettes BB gesucht und haben uns aufgrund der guten Internetbewertungen fuer dieses entschieden. Wir wurden supernett empfangen und absolut gastfreundlich umsorgt. Insgesamt gibt es nur zwei Zimmer, die individuell und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet wurden. Einziger Nachteil fuer grosse Personen, ist die Bettbegrenzung am unteren Ende. Ansonsten gab es ein sehr leckeres und wechselndes Fruehstueck, mit Blick auf die Berge. Neben der generell sehr netten Atmosphaere, haben wir auch super Empfehlungen bzgl. Ausflugsorten und Restaurants bekommen.

   Very friendly hosts & a beautiful place. Breakfast taken on the terrace overlooking the lovely garden (home-made breakfast cakes). Ideal location away from the tourists.

   The couple were very friendly and helpful, giving us all the information about the region and places to visit, the location was idealy situated near Lac Maggiore which was 10 minutes away at Laveno. The bedroom was furnished with a great deal of taste, the breakfast was exceptionaly good. We will certainly return to the same location one day.

   The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the hosts were both helpful with great tips for restaurants, locdal sights, etc. They reached out to us in everyway.

   One minor issue: The bathroom while well appointed left something to be desired in terms of a larger tub and a more workable shower.

   The hosts were lovely - very welcoming and friendly. Grazie (our hostess) was a wonderful cook and surprised us with some lovely home cooking, including some hot fresh apple fritters to enjoy with an afternoon beer, whilst making the most of the gorgeous garden setting and fabulous view.

   The only thing was that being an older style Italian bathroom there was a bathtub with a handheld shower and no wall bracket so it was a bit difficult to have an effective (efficient) shower.
   Some bottled water would have been a nice touch.

   Had some problems with the bath ( no shower ) water flow problems.

   Das Antico Borgia Sanda ist eine sehr nettes kleines B&B, das von seiner Inhaberin liebevoll eingerichtet ist und geführt wird. Wir haben weit mehr bekommen als wir erwartet hatten (beispielsweise selbstgemachte Marmelade oder Tiramisu zum Frühstück) und können das jedem weiterempfehlen, der einen entspannten Urlaub in einer ganz besonderen Unterkunft verbringen möchte!
