   Location is great. Our room with balcony was lovely. Elisabetta and her staff went beyond helpful...even allowing us to do our laundry when we got desperate. Lovely B&B.

   It was an ideal place from which to explore Ascoli Piceno or the seaside town of San Bernadetto which had excellent facilities and clean beaches or the beautiful mountains round about. The owner, Elisabette, made her own delicious yoghurt and with the rest of the breakfast has spoiled us for future places we might stay. A taste of the real Italy at a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

   The place is beautiful - exactly what you'd want when you think abouit staying in Italy - antiquity with modern touches - all stone, with lovely terraces and plantings. Our room was not huge, but was a good enough size with a kitchenette, which gave us lots of choices re meals. Our generous breakfast with something for everyone- breads, cheeses, meats, pastries and huge cups of cappucino - was served each morning on one of the terraces overlooking the town. The staff speaks limited English, and our Italian was equally limited, but we were able to communicate, thanks to their patience and eagerness to please. And the fact that they offer parking in a city that has almost no parking is a definite plus. We stayed there nearly 5 days, never tired of the view, and had a marvelous experience there.

   We initially had a problem with the Wi-Fi, but as soon as the proprietor realized this, she ran out and purchased a new router to resolve the situation. That helped.

   Camera piccolina ma arredata con gusto. Prima colazione buona e personale gradevolissimo. A 2 passi dal centro storico (piazza principale in 7 min) e con una splendida vista sulle torri!

   Ottima posizione per visitare Ascoli. Permette di arrivare in auto e nello stesso tempo è a pochi minuti dalla zona pedonale. Bella la soluzione di stanze con servizi e zona giorno con angolo cottura e frigo. Gentilissima la propietaria e il personale di servizio. Sicuramente da consigliare!

   La struttura è situata in ottima posizione con vista sulla città antica e con ottima vista del Colle San marco. L'accoglienza è stata ottima da parte della proprietaria e il personale disponibile e attento nel soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti
