   Situated in the southern part of Castello, a few meters from a nice little piazza with a great view. Comparatively quiet. Nice breakfast cafe at the piazza.

   Not nearly as nice as the fotos suggest. Everything´s rather careworn and sticky.
   3rd flloor appartment very dark, 1st floor app. is a better cellar.
   Low quality furniture (cheapest Ikea).
   Free breakfast means 1 coffee and 1 dolci.
   Cleaning and fresh laundry meant a new set of towels after 4 days, NO cleaning and NO fresh linen at all.
   Cooking equipmet was a joke, not even a corkscrew - IN ITALY!?
   Overall much too expensive for what you get - there are far better alternatives in Cagliari!

   The apartment is beautiful, a great mix of modern conveniences and old charm. A bit off the beaten track in a positive way. Breakfast spot had a great view.

   Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, spricht aber leider nur italienisch und kein Englisch. Im Angebot ist auch ein Frühstück in einem nahgelegenen Café beinhaltet.

   Sono rimasta soddisfatta per i motivi per cui l'ho scelta: la posizione (centro storico con vista panoramica sulla città ed il mare) e lo stile della casa (accogliente, moderno ma non freddo). Ma anche la cortesia del gestore, che è venuto a prenderci all'aeroporto, ci ha fornito tante informazioni sulla città e ci ha fatto trovare un "vermentino di benvenuto"; la colazione, prevista nel vicino bar con terrazza.

   Sembrava che l'ascensore non funzionasse ancora benissimo (palazzo ristrutturato), comunque è stato utile almeno per il trasporto delle valige (4° piano).

   Très bien placé, cet appartement satisfera les plus exigeants... Ce bed & breakfast est très bien agencé, propre, design, la literie et les installations cuisine, salon, salle de bain sont d'excellente qualité. Le staff est très disponible et peut vous renseigner sur les atouts de Cagliari : restaurants, monuments, plage...

   Rien à reprocher!

   Cortesia del personale, disponibilità dello stesso e discrezione. Cura nel dettaglio dell'appartamento. Ospitalità.

   Più utensili per la cucina
   Maggiori indicazioni su parcheggio già sul sito (zona ZTL).

   L'accoglienza è la precisione di Angelo nel darci tutte le informazioni a noi utili per poter visitare la città,la casa è molto pulita e nuova,la posizione è ottima per chi come noi non aveva la macchina,lo consigliamo vivamente a chi vuole visitare la bella Cagliari.Grazie Angelo
