   Very satisfied with the price. The flat was very well equipped, beautiful views. Excellent.

   The only thing that I would be disatified about was it didn't have a sofa or comfy chair to sit on.
   The bed had no back rest so you couldn't really sit on that. It wasn't really a promblem.
   There also was a lot of stairs to walk up but that didn't bother us but it might some people.

   We stayed 3 friends in apaerment Nr.1 on first floor. Apartment is for 4 persons. We were very amazed of how big is the aparment! It has all facilities to stay either short and long period. Location is exelent - some minutes walk to old Bergano and some more to downtown. We travelled by the car, so owner gave us permission to stay on special parkings for "locals".

   everything satisfied us!

   Excellent appartment for group of four. Comfortable and clean rooms w/standard equivalent to 5-star hotel. Complementaries supplied for breakfast and personal hygiene were much appreciated. We felt like home. Monica was way too kind to us upon late arrival at 22:35. THANK YOU for your hospitality! All the best!

   Õîðîøåå ðàñïîëîæåíèå - íå ñàìûé öåíòð, íî äî öåíòðà 15 ìèí.  àïàðòàìåíòàõ åñòü âñå ñàìîå íåîáõîäèìîå äëÿ ïðîæèâàíèÿ. Òàê êàê ìû ñ äðóçüÿìè ñíèìàëè âñå òðè êâàðòèðû ìîãó â êðàòöå îïèñàòü. 4-õ ìåñòíûé ñóïåð - î÷åíü ïðîñòîðíûé, 3-õ ìåñòíûé õîðîøèé, íî îêíà âûõîäÿò íà óëèöó - øóìíî âñþ íî÷ü åçäÿò ìàøèíû, çàòî åñòü î÷åíü êðàñèâûé âûõîä íà êðûøó, ãäå ëåòîì ìîæíî ïîñèäåòü. à èç 2-õ ìåñòíîãî øèêàðíûé âèä íà Áåðãàìî ò.ê. íàõîäèòñÿ íà 6 ýòàæå , íî íåò ëèôòà :)

   Mónica es simpatiquísima y nos ha facilitado un montón de información. Todo estaba muy limpio. El apartamento era precioso, cómodo y muy bien equipado.

   No tiene ascensor, pero las vistas por encima de los tejados merecían totalmente la pena.

   We absolutely loved the apartment we booked for our family of 3. We had a beautiful private terrace and plenty of space because the outdoor area was included and we had the weather to enjoy it. The location is superb - a two minute stroll to the old town, and a great restaurant at your front door. The lovely linen and fluffy towels were greatly appreciated - a welcome contrast to other places we had stayed. Monica was a delightful and helpful host - we really appreciated the late check out, and her assistance when I lost my phone. She was also very responsive to our emails. We'd book this apartment again in a heartbeat!

   We were satisfied with the amenities, but guests should be aware that the kitchen is a kitchenette, and if you want to cook your own meals it isn't equipped for more than stove-top cooking. The thing we really missed was a microwave. Also be aware that the main bedroom gets some traffic noise (just a single lane of traffic, but it's right under the window), which starts early and finishes late, but we were so tired we had no trouble sleeping! Despite these comments we rate the apartment as superb overall.

   We are very satisfied with these apartments, the location is excellent. Close to busstop (busses to airport!), close to citycenter if you want to walk, close to Old town, close to supermarkets. Very well equipped kitchen, I like to cook!

   I travelled with inlaws in the age of 75 and 79, lack of elevator was a problem since their apartment was 80 steps straight up... One apartment has ,said the web side, a balcony. Wich it didn´t.

   located in a lovely old street very convenient to old city beautiful view over the rooftops from our apartment which was on the top/5th floor. lovely welcome from Monica. small but cosy apartment with attractive layout.

   the pressure and temperature of the shower was erratic

   Attention to detail; welcome pack on arrival plus all products needed to clean, do washing etc. Comfortable apartment and prettily decorated. Excellent location to old town and amenities.

   Absolutely nothing. By far the most welcoming and well equipped apartment we have stayed in.
