Farmhouse Il Poderaccio gives its guests the chance to live a real vacation, feeling at home.

Il Poderaccio consists of 4 apartments and 1 room, with independent entrance and provided with under-floor heating, internet connection, TV and DVD on-demand (extra if available).

-"Maestrale" (ground floor - West) offers a living/dining room with a splendid fireplace, kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

-"Libeccio" (ground floor - West) is a studio flat composed of a kitchenette, a double sofa bed and bathroom with shower. Suitable for disabled guests.

-"Scirocco" (ground floor - East) is composed of a wide living/dining room with a splendid fireplace, kitchenette, double bedroom, and bathroom with shower.

- "Vecchio Fienile" (ground/first floor - North), is an independent structure developing onto two levels.
On the ground floor it is composed of double bedroom, a double sofa bed, bathroom with shower; on the first floor there is a kitchenette and a living/dining room with a splendid fireplace and a panoramic terrace.

- The double room, on the ground floor, is served by an en-suite bathroom and is provided with TV.

Il Poderaccio Farmhouse also has a special wood stove and a barbecue, to eat a typical Fiorentina t-bone steak of Chianina beef with a panoramic view over Florence.

You can also collect fruit and vegetables grown by the owner, enjoy our Extra Virgin Olive Oil IGP and our jams!
