Farmhouse - Gigliotto

Farmhouse Gigliotto is in the center of a large estate of 200 acres on a hilltop overlooking the entire eastern Sicily, and near the mythological and artistic sites that makes it an ideal place of departure for excursions.

In ancient farmhouse of 1200, the owners have renovated an old farmhouse, with 14 bedrooms (including two for disabled guests) warm and comfortable furnished with Sicilian antiques, with private bathroom and tiled floors.

The restructuring of the farmhouse was made in accordance with traditional architectures where arcs, squares, old beams and walls recreate the ancient atmosphere and warm.

In a large room you can enjoy a typical Sicilian cuisine, with omelettes, cheese and Sicilian sausages, game, roasts and grilled meats, homemade pasta, dressed with oil produced in the oil mill and Nero d'Avola wine produced with grapes grown in vineyards, low yields and hand harvested.

Farmhouse Gigliotto prepares an excellent breakfast with simple, carefully chosen produce, homemade sweets, traditional jams and honey.

The services offered are: horse riding and horse riding with qualified CONI guides, pool with solarium, hiking, lake business, conference and meeting room, daily room cleaning, bar, entertainment and animation and receptions festivals and celebrations.

Gigliotto Farmhouse offers its guests only organic products such as wine, oil, honey, homemade liqueurs, prickly pears, fresh and dried fruit.

Products' Sale: Nero d'Avola wine, olive oil organic, honey and cheese. All products come from strictly biological and regional crops.
