It is a country house sweetly located on the green Marche region hills, in a peaceful, silent and private area and is disposed on two floors of about 120sqm (7pax + cot).

At the ground floor there is large living room with armchairs, double sofa bed, TV, lunch area with table, kitchen with table, TV, fridge, electric oven, cookers and fireplace, bathroom with bathtub and a laundry room with washing machine and wash tub.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with wardrobe and a bedroom with French bed served by a bathroom with shower.

The large outdoor flooring allows relaxing and having lunch at the shadow of a secular mulberry. A barbecue is at your disposal for grills in the garden. There is place enough to park for three cars within the property.

In summer Holiday Apartment Villa Mauro offers a small swimming pool for children (3,60m - 0,60m) placed in a side of the house.

For shopping, there is a small supermarket at about 700m, and also a commercial shopping center 4km away.
