Residenza le Rose is a villa, refined in the arrangement with ancient style pieces of furniture and of contemporary artworks by present artists in Arthausproject.

The Villa develops onto 3 levels: the groundfloor, the second floor and the garret, where you find a residence consisting of two-room apartments and studio flats

All the apartments are silent and relaxing, overlooking the greenery and provided with free internet connection and centralized heating.

- Apartment Joy: at the ground floor, 35 sqm. Consists of 2 rooms: living room with kitchen area + double bedroom and bathroom. Provided with styled pieces of furniture.

- Apartment Olyna: at the groundfloor, 50 sqm. It is composed of 2 rooms: living room and kitchenette + double bedroom, boudoir and bathroom.

- Studio Margot: 2nd floor, 30 sqm, with kitchen and bathroom. Provided tastefully with contemporary artworks, and with 4 windows with a magnificent view over the green.

- Studio Ray: 30 sqm, composed of bedroom, kitchen area, bathroom and terrace with panoramic view over the greenery.

Studio Fabrizia: on 2 levels, 45 sqm. On the 1st level: bedroom and bathroom; on the 2nd level: living room, kitchen area, bathroom and terrace with panoramic view over the greenery.
