   la posizione del residence,la bella pineta a due passi dalla struttura,pineta attrezzata sotto ogni aspetto con varie iniziative simpatiche e poi Viareggio è molto bella tenuta bene.

   troppi stabilimenti balneari e poche spiagge libere.

   Personale molto cordiale e attivo, posizione sicuramente comoda sia per chi usa la struttura per ragioni di lavoro in zona come è accaduto a me sia per chi invece, la sua in vacanza per andare al mare. La posizione a 100 metri dalla spiaggia e immersa nella vita serale/notturna del periodo estivo rende il Patriarca sicuramente molto attraente per tutti, giovani e meno giovani, perchè a questo non corrisponde caos o disturbo per chi è in camera visto il posizionamento favorevole della struttura.

   The position was perfect. Facing the sea, with large windows and balcony. The apartment large and although simply furnished, quite adequate and spotless. Reception was maintained open for the holiday weekend and parking directly in front of the residence was only an additional 3euro/day.

   The two electric hobs in the kitchen were very, very slow. It took patience to produce a simple meal--but, possible.

   Location right in front of the sea

   Noisy, as a big street passes between the apartment and the sea and sound insulation is poor. It was rather cold in the apartment, especially when it got cooler outside: the heating worked only a few hours per day and even that only at our request. Also, I believe it is not nice to save on necessities like soap, dishwashing liquid and sponges: it is frustrating to come to the apartment late in the evening and find no soap to wash hands with.

   Location, size and state of apartment.

   Trafic noise, though it quieted down between midnight and one during the week. Started around 7. But maybe that's what you must expect when you rent an apartment facing a promenade.
   No balcony furniture.
   Kitchen could have been better equipped, no coffee machine, no oven.
   Noone of the staff (nor the tourist information, for that matter) knew that bicycle rent had stopped by second week of october.

   La posizione centrale - La comodità dell'alloggio - La cortesia del personale in reception - La biancheria e la qualità dei letti

   La mancata accensione del boiler (l'acqua calda c'è stata dal secondo giorno) - La mancanza di strumenti per la pulizia delle stoviglie (rimediato il giorno dopo) - Pessimo isolamento acustico della camera lato strada.

   mi ha particolarmente soddisfatto la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale, la posizione è splendida, gli appartamenti ampi e comodi.

   volendo proprio trovare un neo, ho trovato fastidioso il baccano fatto dagli altri ospiti della struttura, il periodo particolare ( Capodanno ) mi ha convinto a soprassedere ma credo che una maggiore attenzione da parte della direzione sarebbe auspicabile.
