   Obwohl die Residenz I Gelsi keine Gäste hatte um diese Jahreszeit, war die Reception noch besetzt als wir angekommen sind um 20.30 Uhr.

   Die Appartements sind etwas sehr ringhörig. Bei einer Vollbesetzung der Residenz wäre das sicher ein Mangel.

   ci ha soddisfatto quasi tutto l'arredamento, la pulizia del locale, il personale, la posizione (molto vicina a super market, bar o ristoranti) ecc....

   l'unica cosa che a noi non è piaciuta è la comodità dei letti..i materassi erano molto scomodi e hanno fatto venire il mal di schiena a 3 persone su 4...per il resto tutto ok.

   The equipment in specially the kitchen was not good enough

Residence I Gelsi, newly built, is composed of 11 comfortable two or three-room apartments furnished in modern style.

The apartments placed on the ground floor have a small garden, those on the first floor a balcony.

All the apartments of Residence I Gelsi are provided with a kitchen, TV, heating, and are served by a bathroom with shower.

- 2-room apartment (4 pax - 40m²): features 1 double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette,1 bathroom with shower.

- 2-room apartment (6 pax-55m²): composed of 1 double bedroom and a living room with kitchenette and 2 double sofa beds,1 bathroom with shower.

- 3-room apartment (6 pax-55m²): 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king-size bed and the other with 2 single beds, a living room with 1 double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower.

The furnishings are new, tasteful and functional.

Guests of Residence I Gelsi have access to the gardens and swimming pool, barbecue, children's play area, free WI-FI Internet access.
