   unico aspetto negativo non e' dipeso dalla direzione ma dall'incivilta' di vicini che alle 23,30 si sono messi a spostare mobili per "sistemarsi"

   Fantastic location. Great room (Michaelangelo) with view over Piazza Grande. Proprietor very helpful. Transport to and from the station provided free of charge. Lovely quiet seating area behind the residence.

   La Corte del Re è un posto incantevole e la signora Franca, la proprietaria, è una persona deliziosa e simpaticissima. Chiedere a lei consigli sui ristoranti. Torneremo sicuramente.

   Fantastic location! I stayed on the first floor, so there is not much as a view, but the rooms higher up must have view on the atmospheric Piazza Grande (filmed in Begnini's movoe "La vita à bella").

   When I get there, at exactly 2pm (check in time is limited to 2pm), no one was there, the door was locked, the phones were not anwered, and there was no answering machine message. Only 4 hours later, the staff called me on my cell phone, speaking only Italian.

   La Corte del Re was just beautiful. It was located right on a square with cafes and restaurants which was very convenient for weary travelers.

   We did not have any electricity on the morning of our check out which meant a very cold shower.

   The location is so ideal and we could never wished for another place.

   The cleanliness of the room. I could feel the dirt on the bed sheet and floor.

   Our room overlooked the Piazza Grande, being a central location of the "old town" and within easy walking distance of most "places of interest". The room (Michelangelo) was lovely, with modern facilities in an ancient building. We were extremely happy with the accommodation and the very friendly and accommodating host (Franca).
