   La disponibilità del personale e la qualità della colazione a buffet.

   Nonostante fosse indicato, in camera, non c'era il Boiler per Tè/Caffè. La Camera era piuttosto fredda e non è stato possibile farne aumentare la temperatura

   O atendimento foi excelente. Monica foi muito simpática e eficiente.

   O aquecimento no apartamento (O último andar)não era suficiente e a temperatura era sempre muito fria. Fora isto o apartamento era muito bom e espaçoso para 4 pessoas com acomodação para 2 casais.

   Ich finde den Ort, die Lage und die Qualität der Unterkunft mit einer kleinen Küche, dem neu renovierten Bad, den nicht weichen Matratzen wundervoll. Der Service der Menschen ist tadellos. Mein Mann und ich sind schon das vierte Jahr in diesem Hotel. Zu erwähnen wäre noch das Frühstück, das sich an Auswahl und Qualität so leicht nicht vergleichen lässt.

   The location was excellent. We were up 50 stairs, some circular so for 70 yr olds it was difficult. They did offer us a smaller room one floor down. Very helpful. Nice views. Very good breakfast. I even cooked their bacon and eggs to go with their breakfast of juice, cereal, bread, croissants, meats, cheese. Very close to the square. We had a small dispute with them for the taxi, but that was very satisfactorily cleared up by them with a small gift. We would recommend it.

   Close to the heart of town. The breakfast buffet that was included with the room was spectacular. Creatively decorated room.
