Comfortable room with decent facilities and good location right between Rialto bridge and San Marco square. Easy to find if you bring the walking directions with you. Excellent staff, very friendly and knowledgeable.
Fruit flies everywhere!!! Even when the desk clerk was going through our bill with us there were flies landing on her hand and pen.

Breakfast was not good, the coffee machine is awful - never had coffee that tastes like its gone bad, but they managed to do it here. Again, not nice eating food when you know its been covered by flies. Only good thing about the breakfast is that its free.
