   Cleanliness, good service, friendliness, good breakfast, pool and hot tub were awesome, nice to have a garage. The key card system was awesome.

   Nothing, it was an awesome hotel. The only thing I can think of is that it took us a few minutes to figure out how to use the room key to turn on the electricity in the room. No one told us about that when we checked in.

   Hotel was lovely, staff very friendly and helpful. Would definately stay there again if visiting Lake Garda.
