Dating back to the late 1800, Farmhouse Villa Rosy is the result of the restoration of a typical stone house in the middle of a grove of 9 hectares at the foot of Mount Subasio.

The villa has a wonderful view over the valley that sweeps from Montefalco to Torgiano and beyond.

Farmhouse Villa Rosy is divided into two spacious apartments furnished with taste and personality, with all necessary amenities.

- Mimosa develops onto three floors, with two beautiful, wrought-iron, internal, spiral staircases interconnecting the rooms.
At the ground floor there is one double room, with en suite bathroom with shower, an arched living/dining room with a large fireplace and satellite TV. The kitchen completely equipped and has oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, American coffee machine, toaster.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double room, with a luxury fitted bathroom including bathtub and separate shower and one twin-bedded bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there is a double room with a bathroom with shower. This floor also has a spacious lounge with sofas, fireplace and satellite TV.

All windows are fitted with mosquito screens. Private verandah equipped with table and chairs and brick barbecue.

- Magnolia is located at the ground floor, restored with attentive taste and intelligence, accessible to disabled guests. It consists in one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, shaver point and hairdryer, spacious living/dining room, tastefully furnished, with a comfortable sofa bed and sat TV, completely equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.

All windows are fitted with mosquito screens. Private verandah equipped with table and chairs and charcoal Weber barbecue.
