   Gorgeous location away from all other tourists. Full kitchen means you can cook some of the great local produce. Pool. Stunning views.

   No breakfast.
   No tea or coffee facilities.
   No house keeping including supply of toilet paper.

   The place and the area are really beautiful and in the heart of Tuscany. Convinient for visiting Firenze, Siena, San Gimgniano etc. The winery is very interesting and the wine very good. The owner is a nice guy and seems helpful and friendly. There are a lot of facilities like swimming pool, tenis etc. Generally everybody can spend there an awesome vacation.

   The guests are given a long book with rules and obligations they have and are threatend to be charged for any "offense'" like forgotten rubish bag in the bin.
   The reception is open only in limited hours and if you are late in checking in there may be a problem.
   
   Generally they accept credit cards but for some additional services they insist for payment in cash (without preliminary warning). As the farmhouse is far away from the nearest town this may create problems when checking out.

   The reception and information we got from the owners was very goog. Everything was clean and there were different possibilities to pass the time when the weather was bad or when we didn't want to go out; swimming pool, pool, football table, massages, tour of the domain, ...

   I don't really have a subject which I'm not satisfied.

Farmhouse Quercia al Poggio originates from an old rurale village once home to a small community of farm workers consisting of around 10 families, first sharecroppers then dependants of the estate.

Vallombrosani monks also resided here up until two centuries ago at which time the village operated as a true subsistence economy: shepherds, farmers and woodcutters exchanged their goods.

Today the owners of Farmhouse Quercia al Poggio have converted the village to accommodate guests and also personally follow each phase of the wine making process from start to finish in order to achieve a quality wine that is sold both locally and internationally to satisfy lovers of a true and traditional Chianti Classico.

Quercia al Poggio offers its guests accommodation in recently restructured apartments composed of 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, composed of bathrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen.

At guests' disposal: wireless Internet connection (during office hours), 2 swimming pools, tennis court, cooking classes, shiatsu massage and wine tasting.
