   The villa and grounds were beautiful and we were very happy with our room. We were greeted very cordially and the owner graciously reserved a table for us at the nearby restaurant, La Cantoniera, which was very good. We loved swimming in the pool, roaming the grounds and enjoying the views from the terrace. All in all, a great stay.

   Noua avons apprécié notre séjour à la Villa Sant'Uberto. La chambre était confortable et très propre. Les déjeuners étaient excellents. L'environnement était superbe avec la piscine que nous avons fort appréciée. Par contre, l'air climatisé serait peut-être un atout. En résumé, très bon hôtel.

   the location was convenient.the breakfast was adequate

   the owner seemed overly concerned about our comings and going.security is important,but he was extreme.not allowed to bring in food or drink.he was not overly friendly and it appeared that he didn't like his work.
