Friendly, welcoming, helpful hosts and staff, in addition to this facility's comfort and cleanliness, led to our booking an additional stay later in our vacation. The rooms are spacious, and the baths sparkling clean. We slept soundly in superior grade beds, and woke to bird song. Good advice and assistance in booking restaurants was much appreciated. Many of the other guests were returnees, and we can understand why. For those flying to Pisa, this is a perfect place to adjust your time to Italy or to prepare to leave it.

Villa Fiona's "off the beaten path" location can be a little difficult to find on the first try. Efforts at providing good signs help, though, and the quiet, country location is your reward for finding it.
