   La proprietaria del B&B, Valentina appunto, è il punto di forza della struttura. Carina, disponibilissima e sempre presente in caso di qualsiasi necessità. La colazione portata direttamente in camera dona al soggiorno una aspetto ancora più rilassante, tra l'altro con tutti prodotti richiesti personalmente dagli ospiti, ognuno può scegliere la colazione preferita e indicarla al momento dell'arrivo...un'ulteriore coccola preziosa per chi si vuole rilasssare!

   I have stayed at Valentinas' five years ago and loved it then. This time I returned with another couple and the four of us stayed in a top floor apartment. It was lovely.

   The location was perfect, the room lovely, the bed super comfortable and best of all, Valentina and her staff were kind, thoughtful and treated me like part-guest/part-family. Really a wonderful place to stay!!!

   We stayed in Apartment Olmo and it was fantastic. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. There were 7 of us girls staying for a university trip and it was very safe and secure, we each were given keys and could come and go as we please. It was a lovely apartment, furnished beautifully and the facilities were excellent. There was a full kitchen and fridge/freezer so we had the option to cook and stay in (Orvieto was so lovely and reasonably priced that we didnt have to though!). If I were ever to return to Orvieto (which I hope to very soon) I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thankyou for a beautiful week!

   There was nothing of note to complain about!

   The room was very charming and comfortable and clean. The location was perfect; on a quiet street but still very close to center and the hostess Valentina was very nice.

   I had not noticed on the website that breakfast was an extra charge. Also, we were given a room with a little kitchen, but it was posted that it would be an extra charge to actually use it. I felt then, I couldn't even make myself a cup of tea in the room without it costing ten euros more.

   Our room was in the attic ( a lot of stairs to climb). Only light was from a small window that opened through the roof. There were two bedromms that opened to a large common room. Kind of strange - might be a good set up for a family?
