Avr. Valutation: 10/10Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Tresor Petit super gefallen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort hingehen. Perfekter Standort für einen Aufenthalt in Cagliari, das Zimmer liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt.

Avr. Valutation: 10/10La habitación era muy grande y luminosa además, debe haber sido remodelado recientemente porque estaba todo muy nuevo y limpio. La ubicación creo que es ideal porque es cierto que tiene todo muy cerca, las estaciones (de tren y autobús) restaurantes.. Además, Gianfranco, el dueño del B&B, es un hombre muy amable y atento.
La única pega que le puedo poner a la habitación es que no tenía las vistas que esperábamos ya que daba a un patio interior.

Avr. Valutation: 10/10We were absolutely satisfied with everything while staying at Tresor petit hotel. The room was big, spacious and very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and welcoming, always with a smile on his face. Great location, free access to the Internet 24/7, and delicious breakfast at Daisy bar.
Pretty much nothing, only Sunday breakfast at cafe Roma with its unfriendly waiters and extra charge for orange juice.

Avr. Valutation: 10/10Großes Lob an Giacomo, der mit vielen Tipps auf englisch und super Zeichnungen versucht hat uns interessante Ziele in und um Cagliari aufzuzeigen. Für jede Frage sei es zu Busverbindungen oder guten Restaurants hatte er einen Tip. Wir würden sofort wieder ins Petit Hotel zu Giacomo gehen.

Avr. Valutation: 10/10I Iiked everything about the hotel. Beautiful spacious room and big bathroom. Nice breakfast at the cafe round the corner. The room was perfectly cleaned. And the manager of the hotel Gianfranco is very helpful, friendly and charming. You can always use a computer in the study next door if you need the Internet. Although the Wi Fi doesn't work.
I was fully satisfied.

Avr. Valutation: 9/10Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr bemüht. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereingt. Außerdem waren immer frische Handtücher im Bad. Die Lage war gut. Aus der Tür raus, war man schon unmittelbar im Zentrum von Cagliari.
Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft mit nettem Personal. Der Preis war auch angemessen.
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, außer dass die Betten vielleicht ein wenig zu hart waren. Aber das empfindet ja jeder anders.

Il padrone di casa è estremamenteentile e disponibile,la sistemazione è molto conforevo e l'appartamento è molto bello,al centro di Cagliari. Lo consglio vivamente. La colazione si può consumare in un bar vicino con unbuono fornito dai proprietari.

Some areas of the B&B are terribly dirty (like the balcony), the breakfast is very poor (compared with other B&B of similar category), and the personal was not very kind (for instance, we could not leave our lugagge there for a couple of hours the day we left).

Avr. Valutation: 8/10La centralità del B&B è sicuramente magnifica, sulla via principale di cagliari, vicino ai negozi, alla storia ed ai mezzi di trasporto :) Stanza ampia e ben arredata, bagno nuovissimo!
Purtroppo non mi ha soddisfatta la colazione. Sono sempre stata abituata a fare un'abbondante colazione con marmellate varie, pane tostato, succhi di frutta...
invece ci è stato consegnato un buono per fare una frettolosa colazione in un bar nelle vicinanze del B&B.
Sono rimasta un po' delusa...

El desayuno muy escaso, solo café y un bollo.

Avr. Valutation: 10/10Excellent B&B just in the middle of downtown. We spent part of our honeymoon when traveling around Sardinia. We slept in a huge bedroom nicely decorated, perfectly clean with a beautiful private bathroom.
Although breakfast is included, be aware that it is only a coffee with a pastry.

Valutation: 8/10Alojamiento céntrico, con muy buena comunicación para llegar del aeropuerto,estación de autobus a unos 500 metros.Los autobuses te lleban a las mejores playas de la zona sur de la isla por un precio módico de entre 4 y 6 euros trallecto por persona.La zona del alojamiento está muy proxima a los restaurantes que tampoco son muy caros,la atención fué marabillosa por parte de los propietarios del alojamiento.Todo muy limpio y acondicionado para un bien estar.

Avr. Valutation: 10/10Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Hausherren enpfangen. Er hat uns auch noch erlaubt am nächsten Tag unser Gepäck dort stehen zu lassen, weil wir erst später mit dem Bus fuhren.
Die Panoramaaussicht, von der in der Beschreibung die Rede ist, entspricht ja wohl nicht der Wahrheit. Fand ich jetzt nicht so tragisch, aber dann soll man doch sowas im Angebot nicht schreiben. Einfach weglassen.

The room was very cold, without controls to turn up the heat. The staff was difficult to contact, and we stood outside in the rain before we could get in touch with the manager upon arrival. On the day of departure, we were unable to find the manager before we left for breakfast so we left our bags in the room. When we returned, he had taken our bags out of the room and put them in his office, and couldn't get us out of the building faster.

Loud backyard because of motor-noise of (most probably) aircondition or fume hood of a nearby restaurant; barking dog upstairs from 8-10.30pm, early morning vacuuming and furniture moving noise probably from same appartment upstairs (6.30h or 7am on). And landlord was a little bit 'too nice' - too pushy wanting to make a trip with us in his car. We never knew, was he really that nice or did he want to get paid for it or was expecting a 'tip' after spending a whole day with him. Although, we have to admit - we also only wanted to relax, not make plans and enjoy sun, food and walks through Cagliari with no defined destination.

we would have liked to have left our luggage at the bb until later in the day when we had to get the bus back to the airport but the bb owner did not seem to welcome the idea as we could not contact on the day of our departure.

Jammer dat het ontbijt niet in de B&B zelf was, maar in een bar wat verderop. Er was wel voldoende keuze, maar personeel daar was onvriendelijk.

Selbst die Verständigung in englischer Sprache funktionierte prima, was sich im Verlauf der weiteren Reise durchaus nicht als Selbstverständnis herausstellte. Grazie mille, il vino è molto bene.

Avr. Valutation: 10/10El dueño del b%b es absolutamente genial, te trata con mucho cariño y está dispuesto a ayudar en todo, incluso sin pedirselo (gracias por todo Gianfranco). La habitación era muy amplia, igual que el baño. Estaba todo reformado y superbonito, con un gusto exquisito. La ublicación es perfecta, en el centro.
El problema es aparcar, como en toda Italia, pero el dueño nos acompañó personalmente hasta el parking de la estación que está muy cerca y es seguro, aunque hay que pagarlo, claro.
Hacía un poco de calor por la noche pq se apagaba el aire acondicionado, pero por mi experiencia me pareció una práctica habitual en Cerdeña.
No hay secador de pelo.

The breackfast is not provided by the B&B itself but you get vouchers to very close bars, where you can chose whatever meal you want and they are very good. Very clean place and the forniture looks old but in fact they represent the tipical "classic-old" forniture of Sardinia. So no surprise it's not an old place.

Nachts etway laut, was allerdings an einer italienischen Stadt liegt und nicht am Hotel, Mofa ect die durch die Straßen brausen.
