The family who greeted us were very hospital and caring. We felt as part of their family.
We had hard time carrying our stuff to the room as the steps were realy steap. No elevator was available.

Angelo was terrific.. unfortuantely the low rate on structure was due to the elevator not working and they are locate up 8 flights of stairs.. they did help carry the suitcases upstairs.. the breakfast was wonderful and we were given help to change the next reservation to one were elevator worked ... also they could have a sign made for the building we spent one hour trying to find the address.. but it was very perfect location
