Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Soluzione molto riservata pur essendo in pieno centro storico. La nostra bimba di soli 6 mesi si č trovata benissimo e muoversi dal b&b per il centro in passeggino non ha dato alcun problema.
Difficoltā nell'arrivare senza imboccare corsie preferenziali (servirebbe forse una mappa dettagliata dei tragitti consentiti sula base del parcheggio scelto)

Muy cerca de toda la parte historica.
Muy dificil de encontrar. Edificio en reforma. No ensenan las fotos de la escalera(sumamente estrecha y inclinada), la habitacion esta en el sotano(fire). bano muy pero muy pequeno(se moja el inodoro y el lavamanos para banarse. No hay personal disponible para atender a los huespedes a tiempo completo(solo al llegar y en el desayuno).

Il B & B č molto molto molto ben arredato e pulito, il personale č molto gentile, la sig.na AnnaMaria (se non erro) č molto simpatica e cortese, anche la signora adetta alla prima colazione č molto gentile. Massima privacy e sicurezza del palazzo, con ingresso automatico. Sicuramente nei nostri prossimi viaggi a Firenze torneremo al Rondinelli.
