La limpieza (cleanliness).
La amabilidad de la propietaria, Teressa. Nos indicó qué ver de Florencia, con qué autobuses coger, y la manera más rápida de ver lo más importante de la ciudad. Francamente amable. (Really kind owner, she draw us in the map what to see, buses to take...really really friendly).

Recomendable.

It was a good place, clean and well taken care of.
Hosts were excellent, very friendly, very funny and extremely helpful. They gave us excellent tips about Florence.
The breakfast was quite satisfactory.

Overall very good value for money! Good place, good people!!!

It was a great experience from the moment we walked in the door; the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We were given a map, directions to what we wanted to see, told what buses to catch and recommendations of good places to eat. The location was a definite plus we could walk everywhere with ease, the train station is less than 10 min walk and the city centre only about 15 mins. The room was clean and comfortable we were very happy. Free street car parking was available only few doors away. The breakfast room was nice, well setup with lots of natural daylight a good start to the day, the cappuccino was very nice. Great value for money! We would go back for sure.
Our room was right at the entrance so we heard everyone entering and leaving, not really a big deal though!
