   A gentileza da proprietária JOI. Nos recebeu de braços abertos, dando toda a assistência de que precisávamos.

   O que não me agradou, na chegada, foi saber que o endereço não era aquele indicado no "site". Mas, depois de acomodados essa má impressão logo passou, pois SIENA é bem pequena e a localização era perfeita: silencioso e perto do centro.

   la posizione, lo stiel dell'arredamento e la cortesia.

   la colazione non è come viene descrittta, anzi per niente, ci hanno servito delle merende confezionate in busta, (tra la'ltro anche scadute un tipo ) non siamo molto esigenti, ma almeno una brioche al mattino, credo che sia il minimo a coalzione

   What a great place. We arrived by taxi from the train station, minimal cost. Joi was there to meet us with open arms and assisted with all our needs. The room was beautiful, bed comfortable and quiet. Joi was very helpful with giving directions to all the hot spots, local eateries, sites and history of the B & B. Location was close to everything. Walked everywhere and wish we could have stayed longer. They accommodated us with an early breakfast and a taxi reservation due to train travel. We would stay here again. Very beautiful city.    The room was lovely and the proprietor was very helpful.

   It was hot so we had to leave the window open and it was very noisy from the street well into the night and again very early with the town trucks rattling by.

   The temperature was in the high 30's C. The rooms were not air conditioned. When the windows were left open, the noise from traffic on the street, which was supposed to not have vehicle traffic, was horrendous. Between that and the HARD bed, I did not sleep for 3 nights.

   On our arrival we were met by Joy, who was showed us to our accommodation. She was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The Siena Relais In Centro was very centrally located which made it ideal for our purposes.

   The double bed was extremely hard, making it very uncomfortable. The single bed was also fairly hard.

   VERY POOR BREAKFAST. NOTHING WAS HOMEMADE, ALL WAS PACKED (CAKE, CROISANTS etc).
   THE BATHROOM LIGTH TURN ON BY PHOTOCELL AND TURN OFF AFTER FEW MINUTES WHILE YOU WAS IN THE BATHROOM.

   Great stay for a family of four, we could really spread out with multiple rooms! Wonderful location near everything, right on the main walking street (Banchi di Sopra), within a few minutes walk of il Duomo and il Campo. Quiet at night for sleeping. VERY gracious staff, especially working with us when we forgot to leave the keys behind. Hightly recommended!

   Nothing at all.
