   Annamaria, the owner, was so accommodating! She had maps and knowledge about what to do around town, and even after our departure helped me out, as I left some electronics behind that she forwarded on. It was a perfect location with awesome service for an outstanding price!

   We were satisfied with Sant'Elmo. The room and bathroom were always clean, the breakfast was all right. Annamaria was always very kind and she gave a lot of useful information about the traffic, Naples and interesting sight-seeing. It was wery good to be there!

   Yes it is on the third floor, but I say, sport is useful to everybody!

   Everything was perfekt... it is a very nice area where the B&B is and very close to the main station, where the alibus leaves... the room was good and the bath was even better... we had a key, so we could come and go whenever we wanted... so very good choice I think!

   The place is in a bad location, hard to reach and with a set of 40 stairs and not elevator.

   I´ve stayed 6 nights at this B&B. I was satisfied with the kindness of the staff especially her angagement as far as providing with material to help you discovering italy is concerned. The rooms are clean and the bath is also quite comfortably and clean. I also liked that I could determine the time of getting breakfast.

   The B&B is located in a very dirty, running down and loud part of the town. You have to went a lot to reach your room because the suite is situated on the fifth floor. Then it´s hard to sleep because of the noise of the street and the rooms are badly isolated. The Breakfast consisted of stone-hard bread, one egg, a little strong-black coffee, a small dose of marmelade and one pice of fruit.

   Quite and clean place. Very near to the Station and city center. Very nice building. The person in charge was very nice too.

   Breakfast was not as they wrote, room was a little old-fashioned.
