Ces hôtes charmants ont sus restaurer avec goût leur ancienne demeure et nous avons trouvé calme et fraîcheur dans la spacieuse suite parentale au plafond voûté qui nous était allouée. A deux pas du centre ville, voilà un excellent point de chute pour visiter Pérouse et Assise.

Wir haben uns äusserst wohl gefühlt! Der Gastgeber scheute keine Mühe, uns den Aufenthalt in Perugia so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Von der Tischreservation in einem hervorragendem Lokal-er brachte uns persönlich auch hin- bis zur Betreuung vor Ort. Das Zimmer ist gross, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr schönes Bad. Sehr zu empfehlen!

sono rimasto molto contento del mio soggiorno al b&b s.fiorenzo innanzi tutto per la struttura dell' appartamento che e' veramente fantastico e ,non secondo, la graditissima ospitalita' dei propietari che ci hanno trattato benissimo con delle colazioni regali e una grande gentilezza

nessun aspetto negativo

The room was very clean, spacious and well decorated in a chic contemporary style. the 11th century shower an interesting experience !

We were not told the room was actually a cellar/cave therefore there was no view of any kind, We were unfortunate to choose a time when the builders had moved in to the floor above and had the drill going early in the morning,shattering any hopes of a peaceful stay. The room was cold & smelt damp and musty,like cellars tend to do.

La struttura è veramente molto bella e caratteristica, i proprietari simpatici e cortesi, le dritte del sig. Luigi per i ristoranti sono azzeccatissime. La colazione ottima, peccato che non siano fornite le ricette dei dolci.... Lucia, Piero, Marco e Michele

Di tutti i B&B che ci hanno ospitato questo è stato senza dubbio il migliore. Il B&B si trova in una posizione ottima rispetto al centro storico,in quanto situato in una via molto tranquilla dalla quale in pochi minuti si raggiungono a piedi tutti i punti di maggiore interesse della città. La camera è molto bella e ben curata e soprattutto molto pulita. Impeccabile l'ospitalità e la cortesia dei padroni di casa e squisiti i dolci preparati dalla Signora Monica per la colazione...Praticamente perfetto!
