   Siena ist eine wundeschöne Stadt. Da läßt es sich aushalten! Die Zimmer sind um diesen Preis liebevoll und nett eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ein netter Kerl. Der Aufzug ist ein großer Vorteil. Frühstück nicht im selben Haus - aber - O.K.

   Die Sauberkeit ist leider ein großes MANKO! Denn gesäubert wurde bei einem 7 tägigen Aufenthalt nur EIN MAL !!!!!!!!!!!!! Toilettenpapier gabs somit auch keines nach (SELBST VERSORGER)!!!!! Handtücher sollten vielleicht auch in diesem Zeitraum nicht nur einmal frisch gegen werden. (Muß ja auch nicht täglich sein, aber bei der Hitze die wir hatten duscht man etwas öfter!)
   Sehr hoher Lärmpägel vorallem Nachts (wusten wir aber ) OHROPAX sind ein MUSS !:)

   Il residence è stato molto gradito da me e da miio marito per l'ottima posizione e la particolarità della struttura. Non da meno è stata apprezzata la pulizia dei locali e la disponibilità dei proprietari.

   La posizione della struttura posta in una delle principali vie d'accesso a Piazza del Campo; la struttura stessa ovvero una dimora storica senese, l'ospitalità di David, il gestore; la cura delle stanze. Speriamo di poter tornare per un altro soggiorno a Siena ed Alla Lizza.

   I rumori notturni provenienti dalla strada, ma chiaramente questo non è un difetto imputabile al B&B.

   The property is very near the main bus stop (100m) so it is very convenient upon arrival and it is on a main thoroughfare to Il Campo (the main square) with handy local shops and cafes. The shared facilities are very good and there is a lift to the apartment which is on the top floor. The owners are very friendly and helpful indeed.

   The position close to the bus stop is handy but can be noisy at night with the window open, a necessity in hot months with no air-conditioning. I'd recommend taking ear-plugs. Also, if taking the marble stairs instead of the lift, be careful as they are very old, tilting downwards and extremely shiny. My partner fell and hurt her arm badly.

   The location was convenient for sightseeing/walking around the city. Parking, although expensive, was not very far away. The manager/host was friendly and helpful. The building and the area seemed quite safe.

   Being directly next to the bus station and across from a park, it was a bit noisy almost all the time (but I suppose if you book a place next to the bus station this should be expected.)
   
   Our biggest disappointment was that the apartment itself. The room had been described to us as "an apartment for three adults", but it turned out to be a small bedroom with one bed for two people, and also a fold-away cot for which there was hardly any space. It really was just a "room for two" and should not be offered as a "room for three" unless the third person is a small child. In fact, although we had enquired about the room (and subsequently booked the room) specifically stating that we were three adults, the manager himself expressed surprise that three people intended to stay there.
   
   Lastly, the stove in the kitchen worked only sporadically.
