Availability RequestThe Park territory covers area on medium-high levels with very few inhabitants; however the signs of human workmanship can be easily found. The Presidential Decree that constituted the Park Society enlarged the boundaries to include two interesting historical sites:1) The Certosa (Carthusian Monastery) of Vedana, located by the Vedana lake, in the Sospirolo municipality: an extraordinary architectural construction, requiring refurbishing. 2) The former Valle Imperina mines in the Rivamonte municipality, that have already undergone some works to recover a traditional site that has been an important economical and landscape point in the Agordo area. In other areas the territory includes some malgas (sheperds' huts) - four of them are still active: Vette Grandi, Erera, Pramper and Casera dei Boschi, some of them still well preserved.
