   Es war super! Das Zimmer sauber, gross und geschmackvoll, das Frühstück sehr fein, abwechslungsreich und aussergewöhnliche, leckere Hausspezialitäten, Donatella und Nicola sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Restaurant-Empfehlungen! :-)

   .... come deve essere, cortesia e discrezione, assoluta libertà di movimento ma con la presenza dei gestori anche una "coccola" molto accogliente con colazione pronta, ricca, originale, simpatica, con tante cose fatte in casa e la possibilità di risolvere eventuali problemi, una stanza in sottotetto con il calore del legno, un bel terrazzino, bagno bello e pulito, il piacere di scambiare quattro chiacchiere con chi nella città ci vive ... elegante e familiare allo stesso tempo !

   We spent a very nice stay in Pisa. The host, Donatella, was very kind and made us pancakes for breakfast. The room was spacious and very clean. Besides, the B&B is very close to the center (15 minutes by foot). For sure, we will return to this B&B next time we go to Pisa !!!!

   We were very satisfied with our stay Donatella was very friendly and helpful with info on where to go and places to eat, an just general info about Florence including where to park the car and where not to, just little things like that. It felt very homely and very welcoming. We would suggest if you want somewhere quite and comfortable to stay this is the place.    This is one of my favorite B&B in my entire trip in Italy, the host is so friendly and the house is so beautiful and elegant. we had a great time staying there and every morning we were impressed by the rich breakfast and th most tasty cuppocino... and of course, the smile of our lovely host! All these make me think of a word - the Florence Sunshine!

   Donnatella and Nicolo were excellent hosts! Their hospitality from the moment we arrived was superb, offering us refreshments and relaxation in their beautiful downstairs room looking out onto a gorgeous landscaped yard. They were warm, gracious, and had good suggestions on dining and shopping, helped us with a taxi and train times, and even allowed us to use their computer for a short time since we were having difficulty with wi fi on our iPhone. The room was large and very clean, and the proximity of the B&B was perfect for us. Since we had lost so much sleep due to flight delays and cancellations, we overslept the normal breakfast hour but they were kind enough to still give us a delicious full breakfast. Donatella is also a remarkable artist and we had the opportunity to appreciate her paintings. We had to rush off in the morning due to oversleeping and regret not having the time to purchase several pieces of her artwork.

   The only dissatisfaction we had was about the bill for the first day of our stay. Due to the Icelandic volcanic ash, our flight was cancelled and we could not fly into Italy until the next day. Although I called Donatella to tell her why we could not be there until the 2nd day of our reserved stay with them, in the end we were told our balance due was the full amount. I understand that they are running a business but since the delay was out of our control and indeed we were very disappointed for many reasons, the presentation of the balance due in a more understanding manner would have made an unfortunate situation more palatable.

   The place was very perfect. Bus 12 went directly to the location which made it very convenient. The place was a bit off of the main center but close enough to walk. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Donatella was extremely nice and helpful in every way.

   It was like staying with a member of your family. The decoration is delightful and the atmosphere great. We also had a splendid breakfast, with even homemade pancakes. Very quiet location, very restful. We got indications about very good local restaurants (not expensive) within easy walking distance. We are extremely satisfied and will come back.

   The house is situated a fair way from the inner city, so we had to take a taxi to get there or buses, with some walking to get to the bus stop.

   nice location in a quiet area, very nice owner, making us feel very welcome, beautiful style in the house

   the stairs was a problem for us but only because we travelled with too much luggage. Our experince from B&B:s is that there are always stairs so you need to travel lightly.

   Die sehr nette, familiäre Athmosphäre und das liebevoll angerichtete Frühstück auf der Terrasse haben mir besonders gefallen.

   Die Zimmer zur Sraßenseite sind relativ laut.

   Cleanliness was awesome. Breakfast was great - a true homemade breakfast, different every day. Only about a 7 minute walk to town center. Donatella has awesome recommendations for local restaurants. You MUST go to Sergio's. Gelato place right around the corner was great. Some of the best we had in Italy.    The matress was VERY firm. Watch out for mosquitoes in August. You should have repellent!
