Availability RequestBB - La Madonnetta is easily reachable through public means like:
- the amusing cable train Zecca – Righi which start from Piazza della Zecca - Nunziata and departures are every 20 minutes, 15 minutes in the rush hour and every 30 minutes after 8.30 pm. When you get to the madonnetta stop, get out of the platform and go left. pass under the tracks and walk up along the steps among two brick walls. once at the top turn left. walk along the old stone wall along the brick road and once you have passed the church the first green wooden door is where you have to ring the bell (both of them). It's a monastery yes but the brotehr will not bother you at all.
- the 33 bus from the two main railway stations. Get off in fron of the Saint Nicola church in corso Firenze. Then you have to choose: climb up the brick road until you reach the number five. It's long and steep specially with the bags. Or go right upè to the cable train stop and get off at the first station "Madonnetta" . Be careful: pick the train which goes up. Then follow the instuction above.
Using the pubblic means you can arrive easily to the Genoa's historical center and others turistics points.
