    The host, Fabio is excellent. He is knowledgeable about Venice and shared the essentials with us quickly. To make us comfortable, he even bake a fruit pie for breakfast. The room is very clean and huge with all essentials included. Must be the best BnB I've stayed!

    Close to the train station. Family running the B&B was very nice.
    The set up of the bathroom was very tight, had to sit on the toilet sideways.

    Perfect position for a stay in Venice, close to railway station and airport ( Station for waterbus right in front ), Fabio is very helpful with everything.
