    Excellent location, easy acces to City Centre, good bus route. The room was comfortable and clean, access to the building easy. Safe underground parking was available nearby.
    It was quite difficult to find in a car and you have to let the staff know when you are going to arrive as the rooms are in a flat which we had not realised.
    Breakfast is delivered to the room, as advertised, but we did not hear them one morning so missed breakfast. It was not delivered later, we discussed it with the owner as it was not satisfactory. Otherwise it was fine, the brakfast was a small loss in an otherwise good stay.

    There was a problem - I was travelling with a married couple - but the hotel had us as wanting a triple room. Immediately on arrival, the problem was rectified, and we stayed in a luxurious 2 bedroomed apartment.The lady in charge was delightful.....she even confirmed our plane bookings by computer, since none of us spoke Italian, and everything on the computer was in that language. Would I stay there again? You bet!!!!!
    It is located so very close to the Vatican - but is extremely difficult to find. It is housed in a large apartment complex and has no signs to direct the traveller. The taxi driver and persons from whom we sought assistance didnt know where it was.
    Our apartment had airconditioners for each of the bedrooms - but they were not working. So it was either open the windows and face extreme traffic noise, or close the windows, and sweat like mad.
