    Delightful hosts. Good breakfast. Very quiet, very safe, very comfortable.
    Walked up 4 flights of stairs to reach room.
    Bathrooms were down a hallway. No place to wash in the room, but a water bottle and glass provided for drinking.

    Simona and Giulio were perfect hosts, providing warm hospitality and lots of information. Their delicious breakfasts included home made jams, and baked specialities. The rooms and bathrooms were super clean and decorated with style and an eye to detail. Really made our stay in Lucca special.

    Ottima sistemazione, ambiente pulito e curato fin nei minimi particolari; particolarmente gradevole l'accoglienza, la disponibilità e la simpatia dei proprietari. La posizione è centrale, nel cuore della città.

    Anna was a great help! She was very knowledgeable and helped us to make some great choices about what to see both in Lucca and on the continuation of our trip.
    The breakfast at the local bar was the most meager we had at any B&B we stayed at during our whole trip. It was a typical Italian coffee and brioche, but not what we had come to expect at based on all other places at which we stayed. We ended up going out to another restaurant for a more complete breakfast.
