   Principalmente mi ha soddisfatto il prezzo (il più economico che abbia trovato tra i disponibili), in quanto essendo uno studente, puntavo soprattutto a questo. Una volta arrivato, mi ha colpito la gentilezza e disponibilità dei signori (Antonio e Gavina) e soprattutto la perfetta posizione del B&B.

   The B & B was very clean and in a great location - definitely good value for money. And they were so friendly as well

   It would have been nice to be able to use the kitchen/living room area without paying extra and they prefer you to leave the B & B by 9.30am and not be there during the day

   Friendly and caring. Good location, spacious room and confortable. Galvina & Antonio are lovely and we did enjoy meeting them. Both did try to make our stay enjoyable. My comments below are some of the things I believe they could re-think in order to improve their business.

   Confusion when we arrived as the room first offered was not the one on the website picures. There is no sea view from any of the rooms which it didn't matter but it should not be advertised.
   There are two appartments and I may have missed it but the website does not tell you that therefore the images we see on Edera is not where we stayed. We stayed next door.
   There are lots of rules regarding staying in either apartments which are not unreasonable but are very badly translated and come across as abrupt.
   I cannot remember seeing a 'rule' in the website saying the if you use the room throughtout the day you may get charged an extra ten euros per day. The owners explained to us that B&B is just that, you have a bed for the night and breakfast in the morning, one shower per day. Extra showers, extra charge.
   Breakfast was ok, surprised that a country with one of the best cuisine ion the world didn't serve for breakfast fresher products. Fruit, fresh croissants,etc. Also, should have cereals and milk available.

   nice new, clean flat in fantastic location, just about 50 metres from the beach:)

   there is an additional charge of about 10 Euro p/person p/day for using the kitchen

   está muy bien situado, al lado de la playa y de los bares y restaurantes.La señora es muy simpática y agradable.

   no hemos estado bien en BB edera por varias razones.En primer lugar teníamos una habitacion con tres camas pequeñas, cada una diferente, incluso en altura, de las otras, y no una cama de matrimonio como se ve en la foto.La otra habitación tenía muy buena pinta pero la nuestra era bastante cutre ;en segundo lugar, hacía mucho calor y no tenían ni un ventilador ni nada para estar mas frescos, y además, no podíamos abrir la ventana porque con el ruido de los coches era imposible dormir; en tercer lugar,de los tres días que estuvimos, dos de ellos nos duchamos con agua fría. Se lo comunicamos al señor pero no nos hacia ni caso, él decía que eran problemas de presión en Alghero, y luego vimos que la bombona estaba completamente vacía.Al tercer día, ya no les quedó más remedio que cambiar la bombona y salía el agua perfectamente.
   yo creo que los dueños no tenían experiencia y la casa no estaba preparada para ofrecer un buen servicio. La señora es muy agradable y parece que se preocupa bastante, pero la verdad es que no estuvimos agusto allí. Además era muy caro. A la vuelta, pasamos dos noches más en alghero, y nos quedamos en un hotel porque, pagamos solo un poco más y estuvimos muchísimo mejor. Estuvimos preguntando por otros BB que habia por alli, y valían bastante menos que edera.
   No sé quizás tuvimos mala suerte, pero entre las camas aquellas, el agua fría, el ruido de los coches, el calor, y lo caro que era, no me ha parecido un buen sitio. espero que mejoren pronto esos fallos que tienen, pero mientras tanto,creo que deberían bajar el precio, 80 euros es demasiado para lo que ofrecen.
