   We loved our stay at Dolce Maria. Paola is the perfect hostess and makes you feel like you are at home. The staff and family involved with the b & b are delightful and were only too pleased to assist us with anything we required, including our washing. The restaurant which is open at night, had the best food that we had in Cortona. Location was great, just a very short walk to the main piazza. There were quite a few stairs to our room but this didnt bother us, we enjoyed the exercise, but we put my parents in a gorgeous small hotel just around the laneway which had an elevator and Paola assisted us with this. Fantastic B & B and would highly recommend. We had 5 nights there and we felt very at home.

   My father and I had a lovely stay. Paola, Mamma Paola and the entire family and staff were so wonderful. I would highly recommend Dolce Maria and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Cortona.

   We especially enjoyed the folks that run the B&B. Paula and her husband, and Simona, were great hosts, very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend it.

   No air conditioning but that was being installed the day I left.
