    Abbiamo gradito la cortesia del personale, la posizione e la comodità del bed & breakfast, la possibilità di usufruire di una cucina e il riscaldamento ben funzionante e regolabile
    La pulizia non era ottimale e non ci è stato riferito prima che la colazione non era compresa nel prezzo

    There was a good breakfast.The heat was put on after 2 requests on a cold day of arrival. There were fresh towels in bathroom daily. One staff member very helpful re train travel connection information.
    The room was advertised as a 'junior suite'. It is a double room with chair bed in the corner and a very old mini fridge. The decor was poor and badly maintained. The floor was not vaccumed or cleaned during our week long stay.

    Ci siamo trovati in un ambiente squisito, valentina è un ottima padrona di casa ti sembra di averla conosciuta da tempo, t consiglia e nello stesso tempo molto attenta nel farti amare il piu possibile la fascinosa lucca...la camera era splendida calda accogliente, il letto comodo e il bagno confortevole e ben arredato.

    Ci ha soddisfatto la posizione della struttura, centralissima, la colazione buona ed abbondante e la cortesia del personale.
    L'aspetto più negativo è stato la scarsa pulizia della camera; c'era molta polvere in giro, sul phon, sullo specchio, sui comodini e sul pavimento.

    we had no water when we arrived (broken boiler) and the owner was not really responsive to the problem - pretty much told us: take it or leave it.

    Nice location, Nice well assorted breakfast. Good and friendly service from staff.
    Difficult to find a beach during our stay in the Summer Hollidays.
    No parking arrea nearby. (No trouble finding parking arreas outside centre of town)
