    Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ganz gut, ruhig, in 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Rialtobrücke, zum Wasserbus sind es nur wenige Minuten. Außerdem gibt es auch hier nette Lokale. Der "Wiirt" war hilfsbereit und hat mitgedacht. Der Garten ist idylisch. Preis-Leistung ok.
    Die Heizung im Badezimmer war total eingestaubt, der Boden im Bad und im Zimmer hätte mal eine Reinigung vertragen. Das sehr einfache Frühstück wurde im Flur serviert, es war kalt und zugig. den schönen Garten konnten wir in dieser Jahreszeit leider nicht nutzen.

    A good location :-) and nice people.
    People above rooms (appears to be citizens) are noisy. Central shower in the corridor mould infestedand.

    Perfect location, pover breakfast (in fact so called breakfast - don't have great ecpectations), slow WiFi. But it's Venice! And there is nice garden )

    The location is very good, very close to the vaporetto. The place is quiet and the owner was nice to us, helpful and reliable. The place is clean. The area is nice, you can see real venetians in the area not only tourists. Breakfast is continental; it is Ok We were pleased there.
