Bonitos espacios y Jardin. Muy agradable y variado el desayuno. Muy simpática y amable la dueña. Un hotel con mucho encanto.

El cuarto de baño de la habitación estaba dejado y viejo.

Contesto affascinante tipico della zona, cortesia e ospitalità, massima libertà di fruizione.

Un po' trascurata la pulizia degli ambienti, stanze un po' polverose, e rifacimento sommario delle stanze. Bagni e biancheria puliti.

El jardin ,la piscina y la casita donde se sirve el desayuno son una maravilla!!La casa es preciosa!

Friendly host.

The website does not mention anything about breakfast included in the price or not included in the price. Because it is a B&B it is normal that de price of breakfast is included. When we left and payed for our stay, we were told that we have to pay 8 euro for each breakfast we had. We were not informed about this. Communication in that matter could be better.

Very friendly and helpful staff (owners). Beautiful building and peaceful private garden which is not overlooked. Attractive appartments with comfortable beds.

Our shower in appartment 'Lavinia' was very small. Staircase to the appartment very steep which was a struggle for my mother. Location: slightly disappointed as it was right on a busy road, however garden very private.

Lucca is a really nice city and the people owning the accomodation were really friendly. The have a really nice garden and the building itself has an old charm.

The owner didn't speak English very well which wasn't really easy to communicate. Also we only realised we had to pay cash the day we were supposed to pay. It would have been easier to have known this upfront.

The residence we stayed in was not really superb. It was not bad but the towels were never replaced during our 3 day stay although we noticed people had been coming to the house during the day to clean up the place. There was no soap nor towels to do the washing up.

The water didn't get really warm and the freezer within the fridge was broken which caused our orange juice to freeze instead of cool. The tabs didn't have a 'stopper/plug' within which caused the water to splatter all over and the shower didn't have enough pressure.
