   Very nice dostrict, compared to other parts of Naples is relatively clean and calm. The view is nice (not from the B&B but from the street). The owner is a very friendly and helpful person, speaks excellent english and knows interesting facts about Naples and sorroundings. The breakfast is OK, we could choose from more options.

   The rooms are more or less clean, but since they are on the first floor the view is not really nice, especially now, since a renovation is in process in the house. This caused us some unpleasant moments, because we were not informed abpout it, and at 7 in the morning we were woken up by the workers.
   
   Not very easy to get to the center, takes about 30-50 minutes depending on traffic. The bus lines are quite caotic in the district, better to use the funicolare.
   
   All in all it is a very nice place, but there are little things that can cause some discomfort.

   il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, zona tranquilla e residenziale di napoli, servita di mezzi per evitare l'utilizzo dell'auto (consigliato). Il proprietario accogliente e disponibilissimo ottima guida ci ha accolti e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa! L'ambiente semplice ma camere pulite e moderne. Giardino ben curato che ti fa sentire nel verde anche se sei in città!

Rooms are comfortable, nicely furnished and accessible from the inside stairs and from the garden. They have hairdryer, TV, air conditioning and heating. An extra bed can be added.
