   We had a wonderfol week - the hosts are very, very friendly and helpfully. You can prepare your own meals whenever you want. The place is excellent to discover the town (Spoleto), the region and the nature - and absolut quiet. In 5 minutes you are downtown or at the highway. We can recommend this B&B very much! Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit, kompetent (auch hinsichtlich Kultur), eine wahre Freude!!! Wir hatten ein eigenes idyllisches, gut heizbares, kleines Häuschen für uns mit tollem Blick in die Landschaft, in bester Lage zur Stadt. Achtung - die Anfahrt ist etwas kompliziert - gut bei Google Maps oder so ansehen vorher, man verfährt sich sonst leicht mal. Für ein üppiges Frühstück wird gesorgt (man bereitet es im Häuschen selber zu) - es gibt z.B. jede Menge leckeres Obst, jede Menge Getränke etc. Wir waren eine Woche da und mit allem sehr, sehr zufrieden!

   We had a pleasant 2-night stay in the cozy & peaceful cottage surrounded by mature trees. The hosts generously stocked the kitchen with everything one could want for breakfast and cooking simple meals. We found the hosts & their parents who lived in the adjacent house welcoming and helpful--Egidio even drove with us to Avis so we could arrange to exchange our rental car in the morning. The evening we spent in the garden overlooking a beautiful view of Spoleto with our warm-hearted hosts was memorable!

   The B&B is a bit hard to find & the approach is by a narrow winding road.

   Veramente tantissimi complimenti, ero un pò scettico e devo dire che ho cambiato idea appena giunto sul posto. Panorama incantevole, pace dei sensi, personale davvero squisito, cortese e sollecito. Insomma mi sono sentito come a casa mia. Il rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Lo consieglio a tutti non solo per lo splendido panorama ma anche per avere l'opportunità di conoscere i gentili proprietari.

   This was one of the BEST experiences I've ever had, and I have travelled a lot. Stefania and Egidio were kind, knowledgeable, helpful, generous and fun hosts. The villa is beautiful and comfortable, my room and bath were charming and spacious. The breakfast on the terrace everyday was delicious and healthy; the view was amazing. Most of all it was such a great pleasure to be welcomed so entirely and treated with such warmth and sensitivity, by the whole family, including their wonderful parents--they were especially patient with my fumbling Italian and made me feel more competent than I actually am--and we laughed a lot. It was also a great treat to have access to their extensive knowledge of Spoleto, the region and the culture. I'll never forget the time I spent at Belvedere Attivioli, I hope to return soon and I would *strongly* recommend it to anyone. The village of Spoleto is delightful and full of great museums and historical sites. the Umbrian hills all around offer great walking trails and the festival is not to be missed!

   Il B&B è in una posizione invidiabile, ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e pace. Il personale è SQUISITO: non solo cordiale ed accogliente, ma anche premuroso e solerte di fronte a qualsiasi tipo di richiesta. Il B&B è completamente indipendente (a vantaggio della privacy) ed attrezzato di comode sdraio per vivere in relax la bellissima terrazza con affaccio su Spoleto.    Posto bellissimo per chi vuole stare in tranquillita', e molto centrale alla cittadina per fare visite, escursioni ecc ecc...Il personale e' gentile e molto ospitale...mai trovato un servizio cosi' ottimo!

   Non ho riscontrato aspetti negativi.

   un piccolo neo: la stradina per raggiungere la struttura è un po' dissestata ma, una volta raggiunto il posto, la vista panoramica è davvero spendida
