   La posizione, vicina al metro e l'ottimo prezzo. Il signor Paolo è una persona molto disponibile e conosce molto bene i luoghi della Capitale, e all'occorrenza vi da qualche "chicca" sui posti dove andare.

   A volte il Sig.Paolo fuma all'interno della stanza durante la colazione.
   Inoltre è un tipo molto mattiniero e si sentono i rumori del risveglio anche ad orari un po' troppo anticipati.

   Il gestore fuma in casa - non un gran problema ma forse a qualcuno interessa saperlo.

   Paolo è una persona meravigliosa, gentile e romanista sfegatato!!!!! Persona molto cordiale e si mette a disposizione per tutto. Grazie alla metropolitana vicina all'appartamento circa 2 minuti a piedi, si raggiunge qualsiasi posto in meno di 20 minuti ( 15 minuti per la stazione Termini). Consigliatissimo per il rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Credo che meno nei paraggi per stare un week-end a Roma non ci sia. Se dovessi ritornare di sicuro richiamo Paolo.

   Mr Paolo is very nice and even if he doesn't speak english, and we don't know italian we managed to understand each other and get along. We had acces to the fridge and to the terrace. The room is clean and has it's own bathroom.The facility is not close to the center, but is very close to the metro station, so traveling is pretty easy. (it takes about 20 minutes to travel from there to Termini)

   2 aspects: - the breakfast was milk, tea, coffee, one small piece of butter and gem, and that's it, so if you're used on eating in the morning don't count on the breakfast
   - if you have a light sleep and like to sleep more in the morning it is a bit diificult because the host wakes up early and you can hear him making noises and speaking

   bed Paolo è in una buona zona, tranquilla e grazie alla vicinanza alla fermata della metro si arriva dappertutto. Il sig. Paolo (responsabile) è molto gentile e disponibile....inoltre il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo!

   la disponibilità di Paolo, di aver a dispozione il bagno in ogni camera e di poter andare nel giardino dalla camera...

   Non è molto importante ma il gas della cucina non funzionava bene.... se no non ci sono aspetti negativi.

   I´m very satisfied with my visit by Mr Tosti in Cinecitta. Nice place, quiet and no noice. Only 4-5 minuts walk from the metro Lucio Siesto. (You should have questions about the visiters meaning of the behavier of different Italien people : All Atac´s personal and the policemen are criminal nonchalant and indifferent for foreigners questions about different "things" in Rome. The common italiens are polite and nice people, but why dont`they talk a single word English ? In the museums about one of 5 - 6.In Scandinaven talks everyone English ! )
