   La pulizia e la cordialità sono due cose importanti del B&B, la sua centralissima posizione ci ha permesso di spostarci molto velocemente per visitare Roma. Abbiamo avuto l'uso cucina per la colazione abbondante e la possibilità di pranzare e cenare in piccoli e caratteristici locali lì intorno:)

   Il soggiorno è stato particolarmente piacevole, le camere molto ben arredate e silenziose. La quadrupla che noi abbiamo preso era veramente comoda. ottima la pulizia. Gentilissima la proprietà e ottimi i suggerimenti per i punti di interesse da visitare e gli spostamenti. Abbiamo molto gradito la colazione a self-service. A disposizione c'era di tutto e abbondante.

   Non è comodissima alla metro, ma di più per i bus, peccato che non ci siano mappe di facile consultazione. Ma a roma si sa bisogna camminare!

   Nos gustó el trato recibido por el propietario, las habitaciones eran amplias y con aseo propio completo, cómodas y limpias. En definitiva muy recomendable.

   A pesar de que las habitaciones no están en el centro de la ciudad, estabamos bien comunicados por medio de autobuses y tranvias, el metro estaba a 10 minutos.

   La posizione è ottima perchè vicina alla stazione e alla fermata della metro. La disponibilità dei proprietari ci ha fatto molto piacere perchè non ci hanno fatto problemi sull'orario di arrivo (ore 23,00 per la cronaca). Ci hanno fornito qualunque tipo di informazione e depliant e sono stati molto gentili. Un'altra cosa notevole è la possibilità di avere le chiavi. Ben gestito, buona la pulizia della camera, si può ritornare.

   La saletta colazioni è troppo piccola.

   The proprietor is very congenial- indeed, very very nice. I will recommend this b&b but make sure that the proprietor explains how the keys operate, especially the first one to enter the gate.

   we would definately recommend staying there. location was good, altough a little hard to find initialy. close to the metro, room was cleaned every day. safe location and the rooms are very secure(you need 4 keys to get into your room.) Pino was extremely helpfull, his english was better than our Italian and he had all relevant information on paper, eg; bus tram numbers, best way to use the metro etc, in english.

   A great stay. The location was about a 20 minute walk to the train station. The owner was very friendly and provided great suggestions on sites to see in Rome. The room was very clean and very quiet. I will recommend this bed/breakfast to others and will return for another stay.

   Breakfast is self-serve-packaged croissants and make your own coffee. But this is minor as there are lots of cafes.

   We liked everything on our stay. The staff was helpfull and very friendly, room and bathroom were clean. The location was good as well, only few minutes to metro and the bus stop, just around the corner. We had a great stay!

   Pino was excellent on our arrival and made us very welcome. Explained about the area and the places to visit and how to get to the Metro/buses. The information sheet and map provided an invaluable reference. The room was larger than expected and the bathroom was very good and clean. We were not troubled again during our stay but the owners were available if we needed them, which was comforting. A very nice stay.

   The location was a little further out from the station than expected but was okay once we got the lay of the land.

   We were very satisfied with our stay at Arco Romano Rooms. Lorenzo and his staff were very helpful with everything we needed. He showed us so important places to see that we wouldn't otherwise have known. We were also surprised when they organized our belongings during the day - going above and beyond just cleaning the room. Great service!

   The only thing we didn't like about our stay was the distance from the metro. There was a metro shown on Google maps that is no longer active. The closest active stop is Manzoni which is a little more of a walk. It would not have been as bad if it wasn't so cold.

   La struttura e' di recente ristrutturazione accogliente anche se la camera assegnata era piccolina ma molto pulita. Il propretario e' poi molto gentile e disponibile. La localita' e' vicina alla metro quindi consente di raggiungere con facilita' tutta Roma. Lo ritengo un ottima laternativa agli ormai carissimi alberghi.

   Esprimo un giudizio di piena soddisfazione.

   The Location was very good and the staff Lorenzo and his Father was very helpfull,give me all the information that I need for may stay and also give me some tips about the tours in the city. The room was neat as real hotel and the area was very secury and quiet.I love the place and I will to use on my future trip.

   Siamo stati molto soddisfatti io e mio marito e i nostri amici, della struttura Arco Romano Rooms che avevamo selezionato tra le tante viste sul sito B&B PLANET. La stanza e il bagno annesso erano molto puliti e ben arredati, non mancava nulla. La cucina dove si fà colazione,è piccola ma graziosamente curata e pulita, e soprattutto ben assortita per fare una buona colazione. Lorenzo (il proprietario)ragazzo giovane e carino è una persona molto disponibile nel fornire ogni tipo di consiglio e info per trascorrere un week-end favoloso a Roma.    The staff was kind and the (bath)room was very clean. We could walk easy to the centre of Rome.

   There was some noise from the street, but that was also because we had the window opend. We slept further very well.

   B & B is in a good location close to public transport, which is very regular. Is also within walking distance to a good number of places and for those wanting to keep fit walking further distances is no problem. The location has great eateries and is in a fairly safe location. There is a bit of road noise but nothing than ear plugs, if you are a light sleeper, doesn't fix. The staff are wonderful and friendly and very welcoming with lots of suggestions and information to make for a stress-free vacation.

   this place was immaculate and very friendly staff willing to help you in any way.. the owner not only went over everything, but informed me what to see, where to eat and gave me some useful tools to enjoy myself. i meet his two sons and very helpful who spoke english which was helpful.

   We have nothing but good things to say about our stay at Arco Romano. The location was terrific - 5 minutes from a metro stop that got us everywhere in Rome, easy to access from the highway. The staff was very helpful. The room was beautiful and in a wonderful community where, after a day, people recognized us and said hello. There was a grocery store two doors down. It's in Porta Maggiore, where 6 (7?) old Roman built aquaducts still converge as they bring water to the city from the outlying mountains, so you walk through through and are surrounded by old Roman arches as you move about. We'd stay again in a heartbeat.

   Arco Romano liegt relativ zentral und doch sehr ruhig, und da wir es sehr heiss in Rom hatten, waren wir auch über die Klimaanlage im Zimmer dankbar. H. Lorenzo war sehr aufmerksam und gab uns viele Tipps.

   In realtà nulla di questo soggiorno nel B&B ci ha 'colpiti/soddisfatti' particolarmente...

   Assolutamente OUT la colazione con le brioches da supermercato....
   Assolutamente eccessivo il prezzo dato che ci si passa solo qualke ora notturna...
   Pagato come un albergo 4 stelle, quando in realtà la categoria dovrebbe essere una delle più convenienti!!

   The owners' kindness and help on the evening we arrived; the fact that the accomodation is in an area shared by locals, which makes it less of a touristy place. This is something which I like very much. Furthermore, the place was quiet and the room was clean on arival. The other guests were the sort of people we like to have around. In short, we very much enjoyed our stay there.

   The breakfast facilities: It would be good to have an electric waterkettle to make tea or coffee. Heating water in the microwave is not very convenient.
   Room: The bathroom itself needs to have a shelf for small items, such as cream and toothpaste. The light above the television needs to be fixed. The room was cleaned once during our 4-day stay.
   The directions to the facilities should be much clearer. It's best to take the metro (2 stops from Termini to Manzoni) and then give elaborate instructions on how to walk from the metro station to the accomodation. What to do on arrival, because one arrives in front of a closed gate. Hope these comments help the owners to improve the place. We would recommend this place to our friends.

   Ampiamente soddisfatto: - della disponibilità del personale (possibilità di lasciare le valigie in struttura fino all'ora di partenza) - della possibilità di avere le chiavi di tutta la struttura, e gestire al meglio il proprio soggiorno - della pulizia e rifinitura delle camere - della tranquillità della zona (non chiassosa)

   ..unico neo, struttura un pò lontana dalla Metro (ma Roma è più o meno tutta così), ma vicino a diversa linee di tram

   Sono stato benissimo, la camera bella e ben pulita, il collegamento internet gratuito, l'ottima colazione, la privacy, la cordialità del gestore e la posizione centrale con la metro e i bus molto vicini hanno reso il mio soggiorno ottimo. Spero di tornarci al più presto.

   This BB was very good located everything was easy to reach by bus or by tram. The room was very clean and calm at night. The stuff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tipical italian...very simple but after asking for yogurt next day the fridge was full of it! this was very obliging form the owner! This BB is really to recommend!

   First, the housekeepers - very nice people! They gave us a friendly welcome (+ a map of Roma + extensive guidelines of the musts to see). All the time we spent there we felt like at home. On our last day we had to leave very early in the morning to go the airport and they arranged a taxi for us and got up (at 5 am) to say goodbye and help us with the driver who didn't speak English at all. Second, the location - within 15 minutes walking distance of the Colosseum, well connected with the public transport system (bus stop to the main city sights just 2 minutes away). Satisfied again :) Third, the privacy and quietness - we remained undisturbed, hardly met the other guests of the B&B, and everybody was on his own. In the end, it was our honeymoon and although we had some prejudices, we are absolutely happy with the price-quality ratio and our choice! :)

   It was great, nothing to be unsatisfied of.

   Struttura veramente molto bella. Ottima la posizione nel centro di Roma con i mezzi pubblici, tra cui la metro, vicinissimi. La camera era molto pulita e con tutte le comodità, molto buona anche la colazione.

   No heating available in a cold room - no advisement on how to get heating turned on.
   Not allowed to take food and drink into the room
   Access to the property was difficult to gain on arrival as there is no owner in the rooms - but they are in the same large complex. Phone contact is via the son of the on-site couple which delays contact when your door keys don't work.
   You could hear the upstairs neighbours
   Owner advised they accpet Visa for the final payment but then would only take Euro's

   The room was excellent. Everything seemed new and clean.

   The breakfast was self serve with pastries from plastic bags and because the owner did not live in the building it was sometimes difficult to make contact since we didn't have a cell phone to phone them.

   Tampa, FL USA The owners were very nice and accomodating. The rooms have just been remodeled and were clean and nice. The location is ok, a bit far from the center of the city but we walked everywhere and than took a cab ride home (about 10-12 euro). The B&B is fairly close to the Coliseum and other sites but again, a long walk from the Trevi Fountains and the Spanish steps. We couldn't find an open post office so one of the sons posted our post cards and everyone received them here in the States. That was great! Overall, a good experience.

   The location is a bit far from the center of the City. The family does not speak english very well but tried hard and were accomodating.

   La libertà. Non ci sono orari, non hai paura di disturbare nessuno e se hai bisogno di qualsiasi informazione il personale è molto accessibile. Complimenti

   La cameretta mi è sembrata un pò stretta all'inizio, però poi mi sono resa conto che è ideale. Noi abbiamo girato sempre, tutti i tre giorni e ci è stata comodissima. Doccia e al letto!

   Ho soggiornato con altre amiche per un week-end di piacere e mi sono trovata benissimo. Le stanze sono confortevoli, pulite e hanno un arredamento curato e giovanile. I proprietari sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili alle nostre esigenze. Ottima qualità/prezzo! La posizione della struttura è comoda e fornita di mezzi pubblici che collegano direttamente a Termini, al Colosseo e tutte le altre zone turistiche. Lo consiglio a tutti!

   B&B molto bello e pulito, ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici. La colazione era molto varia e abbondante. Mi è stata utile la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio dopo aver lasciato la camera.
