    Il posto è molto bello e la proprietaria gentilissima.. Lo consiglio anche per la comodità del parcheggio appena di fronte.

    Mi ha soddisfatto tutto! Il mio ragazzo ed io siamo rimasti contentissimi sia della struttura, della posizione e soprattutto dal personale e dalla loro disponibilità!!!Abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina e anche lì ci hanno offerto tutta la loro comprensione e disponibilità!

    Stupendo weekend!!! Ascoli (e dintorni) è bellissima!!! Appartamento molto carino, in centro con parcheggio coperto privato. Colazione buona, personale molto cortese e disponibile, proprietaria gentilissima.

    Very accomodating staff and friendly. We needed to go out early one morning, and they made us an early breakfast even though it wasn't their usual routine. They also called around for us to rent bikes.

    Beautiful situation, just outside the wall and so a bit more space but with views over the river to "The Towers" and the walled town. Easy walking to everywhere, Supermarket close.
    No english spoken, but then i need to learn more Italian. Not really a -ve.

    La cordialità della proprietaria e l'efficienza del servizio.
    La camera si affaccia direttamente su strada quasi ad altezza d'uomo.E' pertanto rumorosa e "priva" di privacy.Le persiane sono praticamente sempre chiuse.

    Room and view were perfect and even more than we expected! Breakfast was amazing and it was delivered directly to our room. When we asked about the washer they even did the laundry for us. We are extremely grateful for their hospitality and hope to return soon!

    Il fascino dell'edificio in cui si trova l'appartamento, la vicinanza al centro, la gentilezza della propretaria.

    il Museo che abbiamo visitato con l'esposizione delle opere di Pericoli, la straordinaria piazza del Popolo

    il posto è delizioso: le stanze sono confortevoli e accoglienti e il personale gentile e disponibile...naturalmente, oltre questo,c'è da sottolinare la posizione strategica in cui il b&b è posizionato: in 5 minuti, a piedi, soi è al centro di Ascoli.
    non c'è stato niente che non abbia gradito...

    Molto carino e rilassante il terrazzo a disposizione con bella visuale su ascoli si accompagna al rumore di una fonte naturale all'interno del cortile ideali per il relax. Gentilissima e simpatica la proprietaria del B&B, disponibile a dare informazioni e consigli sulle zone da visitare. Il posto si raggiunge facilmente e con una passeggiata di 5 minuti ci si trova anel centro storico di ascoli.

    la posizione del B&b è incantevole e poi c'è un silenzio straordinario che permette il riposo...ed è a 5 minuti a piedi,dal centro.

    very nice and helpfull owner, elisabet. the place is perfect just outside the beautifull city of ascoli piceno on walking distance.
    everything was OK, if I can say one thing then it's the prefab breakfest, fresh coffee and bread would be nice.

    E' un posto molto accogliente, nuova struttura rifinita.La proprietaria è molto cordiale e disponibile.Mi attendevo una camera e ho scoperto che, invece, si trattava di un appartamento....ottima sistemazione per quel prezzo
