The team is very friendly and very efficient. Really nice people. Almost felt like at home.
Location of the BB is very close to the train station and to the Duomo. Easy to find, although numbers in the street (2-4-6-12... the 8th is after the 12th...) are somehow confusing.
The hotel is very calm, the service is good.
The bedroom ceiling was painted in the Renaissance style, almost felt as if you were sleeping in the Uffizi.
Location is close to cheap and nice restaurant area : Mercato central.
Breakfast is ok, could be improved but it is sometimes hard to suit different cultures though.

Gutes und ausgiebiges Frühstück. Nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit
ausreichend Platz.
Für den Aufenthalt unserer Damenrunde für 2 Nächte hatten wir 1 Doppelzimmer und 1 Dreibettzimmer 10 Wochen vor Reiseantritt gebucht und eine positive Reservierungsbestätigung erhalten.
Am Tag der Ankunft war das Doppelzimmer nicht verfügbar und wir wurden für 1 Nacht einen Stock tiefer im Hotel Burchanti in einem nicht adäquaten,äußerst kleinem Zimmer ohne Lüftung im Bad/Wc und ohne Außenfenster !!! denkbar schlecht untergebracht.

We had a beautiful room and aa excellent stay. Location is very close to Duomo and train station.

This is a good location if you like to visit Florence. The staff was helpful but not too personal.
The room facing the street is extermely noisy. Also, it seems that there are offices in the building that are cleaned up at night or early morning and it adds to the noice. NO INTERNET!!!! breakfast consists of packages sugary things which seems very counter productive in Italy where you can start your day with freshly baked good!! for some myserious reason, we didn't get new supply of soap and shampoo after the first day and we stayed 5! although a decent and safe place we saw similar places in the area for way less and since there was no feeling of a B&B it seems that we paid more that we needed to. Also, if you rent a car to travel in Toscany, please consider driving in one way street that are the width of you car and paying an extra 25 Euros a night to park....I would skip the whole thing and just stay out of Florence and come into town for a day or two to see it.
